Instructions:
Cut  piece of paper from the  Tulip Time Paper Collection 6 " x 10 " put in the frame as a photo. To create flowers  Stamp Set on white paper with Distress Oxide-wilted violet , Distress Ink-worn lipstick, Distress Ink-mustard seed, Archival Ink-leafs green and cut using the coordinating dies shadow with this same inks .  To create flower you will need two petals for each flower.  Stamp white cardstock with Fence images from the Tulip Cart & Fence Cling Stamp Set using  Distress Ink-vintage photo and coloring. Layer fence images with double sided tape and adhere it in the center of the frame. Fill up the bottom space of Fence with the small tulip flowers and arrange big tulip flowers, trolley on flpwers. Behind fence place some tulipsa using 3D foam tape.
