Baby Balloon Card

Range
Distress Oxide - stormy sky, 3D foam tape, coloring soft pencils (green, blue,
purple, yellow, gray, pink), die cutting machine.
INSTRUCTIONS:
To
make the shaped card base, start with a piece of 8 ” x 13” piece of cardstock.
Fold in half. Use the HCD1-7299 Baby's Air Balloon Die and cut the folded base.
Place the die so the card fold is at the top and leave a portion of the balloon
off at the top to allow for the bend. Stamp
the balloon from the HCPC-3914 Baby's Air Balloon Cling Stamp Set. Color and
use the matching die to cut the image. Color the image using soft colors on the
accents. Add the full balloon image on of the card front using 3D foam tape. Stamp
the elephant from the HCPC-3916 Baby's Friends Cling Stamp Set. Color the image
using soft colors on the accents and then cut with HCD1-7301 Baby's Friends
Die. Add the elephant to the balloon as decoration. Cut
out the balloon shape using from the paper collection to cover the inside of
the card. Add a sentiment from the collection and done!
